- Unlocks reliably on a shaky connection: when you reopen the app from the tray, wake your computer, or briefly lose connection, the lock screen stays on and shows “Reconnecting… you can enter your PIN once the connection is back”. Once you're online again, your usual PIN unlocks it — no more “Wrong PIN” when the PIN is right.
- Ran into this before? Fully quit the app and open it again (Windows: right-click the tray icon at the bottom right → “Quit XinYu AI”; Mac: press ⌘Q), or just refresh the page on the web. Then set your PIN again under Settings → Privacy lock.
- This change is live on the website, so no app update is needed — reopen the app or refresh the page to get it.
