Midjourney V8.2 is now in the image model picker: no reference image for text-to-image, 1 for image-to-image, 2–5 to blend. Each run returns a set (usually 4 images) and is billed per run: 11 credits standard, 17 HD.
New "Style" button: add your Midjourney personalization (P code), a moodboard code, or a style reference image, and results carry your look. Stylize, chaos and weird sit next to the aspect ratio.
Style presets: save a combination of P codes / moodboard / style reference / values, name it, add a few thumbnails, and apply it in one click. Presets live in your account across devices, and empty thumbnail slots fill in with images made from that preset.
Style transfer: select any image → More → Style transfer, describe a look (or tap a common one), and get 4 restyled images that keep the original composition — 17 credits.
CLI and MCP too: update to 0.1.40 to pass a moodboard, a style reference, a preset name, or run style transfer.
