Xin TV Publishing Agreement
Version date: October 2, 2026
This Agreement applies when you publish a work to Xin TV and when you edit a work you have published. You must tick the box to accept this Agreement each time you publish or edit, and we record the version you accepted and when. This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service; anything it does not cover is governed by the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your Commitments
By publishing a work, you confirm that:
- The work is your own creation, or you hold every authorization needed to publish it; if you made it together with others, they have agreed to its publication.
- The work does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy or other legal rights. Where a real, identifiable person appears, you have that person's authorization and you comply with Section 9 (Face and Portrait Authorization) and Section 5.8 (No Monetization of Real-Person Likeness) of the Terms of Service.
- The work contains no sexual content involving minors — whether real, drawn, animated or AI-generated. We have zero tolerance for such content, and it is handled under Section 8.2 of the Terms of Service.
- You will truthfully mark any work containing adult content as 18+, and every person depicted in a work marked 18+ is an adult — including anime, illustrated and other fictional characters, none of whom may be depicted as, or appear to be, a minor.
2. The License You Grant Us
By publishing a work, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, for as long as the work is listed, to:
- display and play the work on Xin TV (18+ and paid works are shown only after the viewer completes age verification or the paid unlock);
- feature the work on the XinYu AI homepage, in Xin TV's featured spot and on our official social media accounts to promote it, crediting you by your nickname. Works marked 18+ are never used in any promotion.
- make the technical adaptations needed for that display and promotion — such as transcoding, producing different resolutions, compression, taking covers and excerpts, and cropping to fit a layout — without changing the work's meaning.
This license:
- is non-exclusive: the rights in the work remain yours, and you may publish and use it anywhere else, or license others to use it;
- does not include selling your work or licensing it to any third party for commercial use — we make no "exclusive agency" or "commercial licensing" arrangements;
- ends when you unlist the work, which is then taken down from Xin TV and the homepage. For promotional posts already published on social media, you can ask us to remove them at support@xinyuai.app, and we will do so within a reasonable time.
3. What Other Users Can Do
3.1 Viewing
While your work is listed, other users can watch it on Xin TV; 18+ and paid works require age verification or a paid unlock first. Xin TV offers no download button, and other users may not download or repost your work or use it commercially — except as described in 3.2 below.
3.2 Cloning
Other users can clone your work only if you turn on "Share Canvas". Cloning copies the prompts, parameters, workflow and reference materials on your canvas into a new project of theirs — for example, the reference images and audio you uploaded; images that other nodes use as input references may be copied as well. Only if you also turn on "Allow cloning of finished assets" are the finished images and videos generated by each node copied too. The clone is the other user's own independent project, and you are notified; unlisting your work later does not affect copies already cloned.
By turning on cloning, you allow other users to use what they clone as material for their own creations, and the new works they make from it may be used commercially. They may not, however, resell or repost your original finished works as-is, or pass them off as their own.
3.3 Earnings
Points other users pay to unlock or tip your work are credited to you in full as Transferable Points and are governed by Section 5.7 of the Terms of Service: they can be spent within the Service but cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
3.4 Unlisting
You can unlist a work at any time from "My Shares". Once unlisted, the work is no longer shown to anyone, including viewers who have already paid to unlock it.
4. Review and Enforcement
- A newly published work enters review and becomes public only after approval. Works marked 18+ must pass human review.
- When you edit a published work — changing its title, description, tags or category, turning on Share Canvas, or loosening its viewing restrictions (such as removing the 18+ mark or switching from paid to free) — it goes back into review and is not public until it is approved again.
- If we find, or receive a complaint, that a work violates this Agreement, the Terms of Service or the law, we may unlist or remove it without notice and, in serious cases, restrict or terminate the Account. Anything involving minors is handled under Section 8.2 of the Terms of Service.
- We are not obliged to check every work for infringement in advance, and approval in review does not mean we have confirmed the rights in a work.
5. Copyright in AI-Generated Works
Whether copyright protects AI-generated content, and who owns it, is unsettled and differs between countries and regions. Under Section 7 of the Terms of Service, Generated Content belongs to you to the greatest extent permitted by law, but we do not guarantee that your work is protected by copyright everywhere, or that others will not generate similar works.
6. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement. When we do, the version date at the top of this page changes, and you will need to read and accept it again the next time you publish or edit a work. An update does not expand the license you gave for works already published: they continue under the version you accepted, unless you accept the new version when you later edit them.
7. Contact Us
